(CSR) – 3PL Logistics

Now Hiring: Part-Time (CSR) – 3PL Logistics
We are a 3PL logistics warehouse with a 45,000 sq. ft. facility serving approximately 25 warehouse customers, each with unique shipping and inventory requirements. We are seeking a part-time office CSR with some experience in 3PL logistics to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
Processing customer pickup and delivery orders using our transportation software
Entering and managing shipments for delivery
Billing customers for completed orders
Using our warehouse management system to view and manage inventory
Coordinating merchandise pulls for shipping based on customer-specific requirements
Answering phones and assisting customers
Filing and general office support
Light billing duties
Requirements:
Some experience in 3PL logistics or warehouse operations preferred
Comfortable working with multiple software systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Professional phone and customer service skills
Data entry and computer skills
Schedule:
Part-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.
Pay:
$21 per hour
