Job Description
Peach Pay is seeking a dependable and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide remote administrative support to senior leadership. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity for someone who can manage tasks independently and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support daily executive operations, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of business matters. Clear instructions and ongoing communication will be provided.
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Bi-Weekly pay
• Flexible schedule (approximately 2–3 hours per day, 3-4 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive email and calendar
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
• Prepare, edit, and organize documents
• Print and scan documents as needed
• Track invoices, expenses, or basic bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
• Must be 21+
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must own a laptop and a working printer/scanner
• Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online tools
Preferred Qualifications (Not Compulsory):
• Experience supporting executives or business owners
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or similar)
• Prior remote work experience
