Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team immediately. This role involves assembling small, detailed components, often while working under a microscope, and requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble small electro-mechanical components with accuracy and efficiency
Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices
Build precision mechanical and/or electronic assemblies to high quality standards
Use crimpers, small hand tools, and soldering equipment as required
Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks while viewing work under a microscope
Maintain a clean and organized work area; complete housekeeping duties after tasks
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience assembling electro-mechanical assemblies
High School Diploma or GED required
J-STD-001 Certification preferred
Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards is a plus
Must have prior assembly experience (required)
