Job Description
THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the execution of the LIVE shows. You’ll coordinate Hosts, Operations Coordinators, and the brand to ensure every show runs smoothly, on brand, and on schedule. Your ability to plan, communicate, and problem-solve will directly impact show performance and client satisfaction.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves collaborating with creative and operational teams, managing client relationships, telling stories through DATA, and gets satisfaction from keeping fast moving projects on track. No prior live-stream experience is required as we provide training, but experience in project management is required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Plan, schedule, and manage live shopping shows end to end
Coordinate with Hosts, Operations Coordinators, and brand partners to ensure alignment
Prepare a daily brief for the Hosts and Operators to review before they go LIVE each day.
Track success of each show in data, and keep the your brands informed.
Work with your brands to develop sales strategies to increase performance (bundles, discounts, variety packs, etc.)
Ensure all technical, creative, and logistical needs are prepared before each live show
Troubleshoot issues in real time during live broadcasts
Communicate updates, feedback, and reports to internal teams and brand partners
Maintain post-show reports, metrics, and learnings to improve future shows
< b>HOW YOU’LL WORK
Partner with Hosts and Operators to plan and execute each show
Serve as the main point of contact for brand and internal partners
Collaborate with brand on content, strategy, and performance goals
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment with multiple moving parts
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven project or program management experience managing multiple internal and external stateholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/brands simultaneously
Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external brand partners
Attention to detail as it relates to capturing metrics and performance data.
Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and stay calm under pressure
Interest in live commerce, e-commerce, or digital media
Professionalism, reliability, and accountability for scheduled shows
Availability for evening and weekend livestreams as needed
SCHEDULE & PAY
Hourly Rate: $25–$33/hr (based on experience)
Paid every other Friday
