The Crew You’ll Lead
* Typical crew size: 3 people total (including you)
* You run the job from start to finish
* Systems, standards, and support are already in place


What You’re Responsible For
* This role owns the entire job:
* Job quality and finish standards
* Crew performance, pace, and professionalism
* Following proven systems and processes
* Basic customer communication on site
* Showing up early, prepared, and reliable — every day
* When issues come up, you handle them. You don’t pass the buck.
