Needed for MID Shifts and Dinner Shifts! Reliable 40-hour work week with breaks and long-term, professional staff.

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a line cook and be capable of high-volume days. Great work environment! Great pay! Opportunity for growth!

Must have experience in saute, grill, pantry, excellent knife skills, fast pace, exceptional sanitary practices

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Must have reliable transportation and good time management skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
