Full-Time Install Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Install Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. You will be responsible for installing, setting up, and maintaining equipment while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities
    •    Perform on-site installations of equipment, systems, or services
    •    Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during installation
    •    Ensure all installs meet company quality and safety standards
    •    Communicate clearly with customers regarding setup, usage, and expectations
    •    Complete job documentation accurately and on time
    •    Maintain tools, equipment, and company materials
    •    Work collaboratively with dispatch, managers, and team members

Qualifications
    •    High school diploma or equivalent
    •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    •    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
    •    Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools/equipment
    •    Comfortable working on your feet and in different environments
    •    Customer-service mindset with professional communication skills
    •    Prior installation, technician, or field work experience is a plus (not required)
