IP Passthrough NEEDED SET UP

I need someone to set up IP passthrough. I have Spectrum internet with their router/wifi router. I also have a second Google wifi router. I need IP passthrough set up so I can use my security systems app when I am not connected to my homes wifi/internet. I need to be able to use the app to access my home security system remotely, ie not when I am not home. The security system is not using a security company, its a stand alone Honeywell panel. I want to be able to control my ZWave devices and have the app to do so. Currently I can control my system with the app, but I have to be connected to the same internet as the system is using.
