About the Role
White Rock Capital works with a small number of experienced Deal Generators who originate
institutional-quality commercial real estate opportunities within the $5MM–$25MM range, including
multifamily, strip retail, and medical office assets.
This is not employment. This is a transaction-based origination partnership.
Compensation
• Minimum $25,000 per closed deal
• Upside increases with deal size and complexity
• Possible equity participation per transaction
• Paid only at closing
Who Should Apply
• Direct access to owners or brokers controlling $5MM–$25MM deals
• Prior commercial deal sourcing experience
• Understands underwriting and IC decisions
• Comfortable waiting months to get paid
• Thinks in closing fees, not job titles

What You’ll Do
• Originate off-market or lightly marketed $5MM–$25MM deals
• Bring real opportunities, not teasers
• Work through diligence to closing
• Focus on quality over volume
