Disposition Agent Entry-Level

We are looking for a motivated and reliable entry-level Disposition Assistant to help with selling wholesale real estate deals to cash buyers. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn real estate, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior real estate experience is required — training is provided.
You’ll work closely with our team to market properties, communicate with buyers, and help move deals toward closing.
Key Responsibilities
• Help market wholesale properties to buyers using email, text messages, and online tools
• Assist with building and organizing a list of cash buyers
• Respond to buyer messages and calls with basic property information (scripts provided)
• Schedule property access or walkthroughs when needed
• Track buyer interest, offers, and follow-ups using our CRM system
• Help prepare and organize contracts and buyer paperwork
• Communicate with team members to understand property details and pricing
• Update records and ensure information is accurate and organized
• Learn how deals move from contract to closing
Skills & Qualifications (Beginner-Friendly)
• Strong communication skills (comfortable talking, texting, or emailing)
• Willingness to learn real estate and sales skills
• Organized and responsible with tasks and follow-ups
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
• Positive attitude and ability to take feedback
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Interest in real estate, sales, or entrepreneurship
• Customer service, retail, or school leadership experience
• Familiarity with social media, texting platforms, or online tools

Compensation
• Base pay plus performance-based bonuses, or commission structure (depending on role)
