Seeking Licensed Rental Agent in SW Florida Area with large rental inventory and an office in Englewood, FL.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our real estate team in Florida. The ideal candidate must possess an active Florida Real Estate License and demonstrate a passion for helping clients secure rental properties that meet their needs. No MLS dues or office fees.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their requirements and preferences
• Show rental listings to clients and provide detailed information about available units
• Facilitate rental applications, screening, and lease signings between property owners and tenants
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental markets and property availability
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions in compliance with Florida real estate laws and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, landlords, and colleagues
Requirements
• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Previous experience in real estate as a rental agent is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient with computers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Professional appearance and demeanor
