Full-time Director of Execution

We are a rapidly scaling real estate platform acquiring small apartment buildings (2-100 units) in select markets. Our platform includes an investment fund, an acquisition arm, and a licensing/mastermind business serving real estate investors nationwide.
As we scale toward 1,000 units under ownership, we’re seeking a high-caliber Director of Execution to take charge of all day-to-day operational execution of the platform. No real estate experience required.
This is not a “steady maintenance” role. This is a build-it, fix-it, optimize-it, move-fast role. We seek a Quick Start profile who thrives in rapid growth and execution.
Your Mission: You will oversee a 3rd party property management company for our apartments - to ensure our properties hit revenue, expense, and occupancy targets – while overseeing operations of our national mastermind. Your initial focus will be on the properties.
No real estate experience required; we’ll teach you. You need to bring your leadership, Quick Start tendency and ability to manage and scale systems. Your job is to make the machine run smoother, faster, and more profitably every quarter – working with the CEO and CMO.
Some Travel Required: You will need to travel 2-3 days every 6-8 weeks. All travel costs are covered by the company. You need to have an established home office in the Sarasota area for monthly in-person team meetings.
Compensation: $7000 per month salary + performance bonuses

Experience
Strong background in scaling operations thru growth.
Bonus: real estates investing experience.
