Job Description
Established service company looking for office staff to support the needs of our clients. Candidates to have positive phone skills with the ability to be detailed in taking messages, follow up with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, follow up with billing, and rescheduling appointments when needed. An organized person that can work with a smile and solve issues as they happen or willing to ask for help as we are a team. It's all about customer service and the ability to communicate with others with a positive attitude. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to work with our bookkeepers and other staff in our office to always make us improve with our customers and staff. In addition, you will work with the owner to assistant with day-to-day tasks to produce reports, follow up on emails, and monitor and schedule appointments.
We are looking for a long-term commitment with the right person that can grow further with the company and be a part of our success and make our team better. Pay will increase with time, and we offer many perks to include a 401k, paid holidays, when needed a flexible schedule, and other benefits. We might consider part time employment to start.
