What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a savvy, business-minded attorney licensed in (insert state) who can handle breach-of-contract and business-debt related matters in courts statewide.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience in commercial litigation, debt defense, or creditor/debtor disputes
• A strategic mindset with an understanding of business cash flow and economic realities
• A commitment to professionalism, communication, and timely case handling
• A genuine desire to support small and midsize businesses in critical moments
• An independent law practice seeking consistent, high-quality case opportunities

This role is fully independent. You are retained directly by the client, and you maintain full control of your legal work and judgment.
