Construction Project Manager – Real Estate Projects

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee real estate construction projects in Miami from planning through completion. This role requires someone hands-on, organized, and experienced in coordinating contractors, schedules, budgets, and inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work closely with ownership, general contractors, vendors, and city inspectors while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Project Management

Manage residential and/or mixed-use construction projects
Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
Track construction schedules, budgets, change orders, and timelines
Attend job site meetings and inspections
Ensure compliance with Miami-Dade permitting and building requirements
Identify risks, delays, and cost issues and propose solutions
Prepare weekly progress updates for ownership
Manage and create CRM
Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
Experience in real estate or construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and budgeting
Familiarity with South Florida permitting and inspection processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
PMP certification is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000 – $60,000
