WordPress Developer (Abroad) / Revenue Share)

I’m looking for a WordPress developer based outside the U.S. to assist with an existing platform in the legal-services space (process servers, private investigators, notaries).

This is NOT a salaried or hourly role.

Read this carefully before replying:
• The platform is live.
• It already has 2,000+ verified members nationwide.
• Current monetization is focused on featured listings and ad placements.
• Revenue potential from featured listings alone exceeds $10,000/month, once filled.

The reality (no fluff):
• I am not paying a monthly fee upfront.
• I am offering a 90-day contingency period.
• No pay unless revenue is generated directly from the platform.
• Compensation comes only from platform revenue, not personal funds.

If the platform produces income during the 90 days, you get paid from that income.
If it doesn’t, we part ways cleanly.

What I’m looking for:
• Strong WordPress experience (this is mandatory)
• Comfortable working independently
• Understands performance-based arrangements
• Clear communicator
• Based outside the U.S. only

What I’m NOT looking for:
• Agencies
• Anyone asking for a fixed monthly fee
• Anyone uncomfortable with contingency-based work
• Anyone who didn’t read this entire post
