Immediate Opening for a Spanish Speaking Property Management Assistant
Commercial Real Estate company is seeking a full time property management assistant. Applicant must be punctual and responsible, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We are seeking someone with a great personality that can provide customer service to our commercial tenants. Applicant must have reliable transportation and be prepared to perform site visits to our properties when needed. Applicant must be organized and able to work with both vendors, tenants and maintenance staff to ensure that service issues are addressed promptly.
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Able to multi-task
• Professional appearance
• Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities include:
• Assistance with commercial real estate functions and communications with tenants and vendors
• Manage calendars for maintenance staff
• Perform site visits as needed to the properties
• Special Projects as assigned
