Fast Bid Auctions is seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, and driven Site Manager to lead operations at our Paso Robles location. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving growth, managing people, and delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate engaging online auction events
• Drive sales initiatives and identify opportunities to increase profitability
• Supervise, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Oversee inventory control, logistics, scheduling, and facility operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with forklifts and similar equipment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications
