Job Description
Growing Applicant Attorney's firm looking for a full-time case manager and clerk with no less than 1 year of Workers' Compensation experience and a working knowledge of the requirements for e-filing applications for adjudication, dor’s, and other legal documents by way of eams. Please take note that this not a remote position.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
* Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
* Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
* Must have excellent people/customer service skills to converse directly with clients, attorneys, clerical personnel, doctor offices and insurance adjusters.
* Ability to multi-task and handle a caseload of now less than 200 cases.
* Have a working knowledge of EAMS, Utilization Review, and the AME/PQME process.
* Must be professional and work well in a team environment.
* Must be punctual and reliable.
* Must have excellent computer skills
* Must be capable of prioritizing daily responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met.
Job Responsibilities:
* Administrative support for Attorneys and Customer Service to our Clients.
* Monitor and oversee Workers' Compensation cases from Intake to Settlement.
* Scheduling medical appointments, calendaring hearing notices and scheduling depositions.
* Filing and serving legal documents and amending applications for adjudication.
