We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our client’s team in Sanger! The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a proven track record in food plant maintenance. Location: Sanger, California
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00/Hr., DOE

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
