Maintenance Technician for Apartment Maintenance /Full-Time

Royal T Management is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for our Apartment Communities in Fresno.

This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week. Apartment Maintenance experience is NOT Necessary, but skill in the areas below are required.

Skills required are:
*Electrical
*Plumbing (Sinks/Faucets, Showers, Tubs, Toilets, Water Heaters)
*Appliance Repair (Stoves, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Washers and Dryers)
*Carpentry a plus
**A Valid Driver License and Valid Vehicle Insurance are REQUIRED.
