Grant & Donor Development Manager

Full-Time / Local Travel Required

Get Together Foundation is a growing nonprofit focused on making a real impact in our community. We’re at an exciting growth stage and are looking for the right person to help us expand our funding, strengthen relationships, and take our outreach efforts to the next level.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about nonprofit work, understands how funding fuels mission, and wants to help build something meaningful — not just maintain it.

What You’ll Do

Research, write, and submit grant applications

Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners

Help grow individual and corporate donations

Support fundraising campaigns and outreach efforts

Attend local events (some travel within the area required)

Track grants, donations, deadlines, and reporting requirements

Collaborate closely with leadership to align funding with programs and goals

This is a hands-on role — we’re not looking for someone who just submits applications and disappears. We want someone who thinks strategically about long-term funding and relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in nonprofit fundraising, grants, or development (preferred)

Strong writing and communication skills

Comfortable talking to people and building relationships

Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines

Self-motivated — you won’t be micromanaged

Passion for nonprofit work and community impact

You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you do need to be proactive, curious, and driven.

Compensation based on experience
Must be able to commute to Chatsworth daily 8:00am-4:30pm
