Sales Consultant-Outdoor Power Equipment

We are a family owned small engine shop in Santa Rosa, specializing in all the top brands. We pride ourselves on providing expert advice and high-quality equipment to both residential homeowners and commercial landscapers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will use your technical knowledge of small engines (mowers, chainsaws, generators) to recommend the right equipment for their specific needs and manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their equipment needs through expert consultation.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and safety.
Manage the sales floor, ensuring inventory is well-displayed and correctly priced.
Process sales orders, financing applications, and warranty registrations.
Build long-term relationships with commercial accounts and repeat customers.

Qualifications:

Will train as needed, prior experience preferred but not necessary
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, ability to use POS/inventory systems, and a results-driven mindset.
Physical: Ability to move and position equipment up to 50 lbs.
