Part-time Creative/ Social Media Assistant for Lifestyle Brand

We’re looking for a young minded, creative, social-media-savvy assistant to help run day-to-day content and brand operations for a growing lifestyle brand.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder. You’ll be involved in content creation, social media management, light scheduling, and creative coordination.

If you live on Instagram and TikTok, understand trends before they go mainstream, and want real experience inside a brand — this is for you.

What you’ll be doing
• Managing the brand’s Instagram (posting, engagement, DMs)
• Editing and posting TikToks / Reels
• Helping plan and schedule daily content
• Answering customer and collaborator DMs
• Coordinating with creators or talent when needed
• Light calendar assistance for the founder
• Checking in on the production site once per week
• Helping keep creative projects moving

• 2–3 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Mostly flexible hours
• Some in-person time required (Los Angeles)

• $1,200/month cash
• Part-time role

Who we’re looking for
• Lives in Los Angeles
• Comfortable on camera and behind the camera
• Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Can move fast and adapt
• Good communication skills
• Knows how to edit short-form video (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)

You do not need a degree.
You do need good taste, common sense, and hustle.
