Busy residential construction company looking for a highly experienced flooring installer for ongoing remodel and new construction projects.
Scope of work includes:
• Hardwood (engineered + solid)
• Laminate and LVP
• Tile installation
• Floor prep, leveling, and moisture barriers
• Baseboards and transitions
• Ability to demo and prep existing floors cleanly and efficiently
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in residential flooring
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and clean finishes
• Able to work independently or with crew
• Reliable, professional, and communicates well
