We're Hiring: Associate Photographer or Videographer

Atèpá Media is a creative media company providing event services across NYC. We’re currently looking to hire skilled photographers and videographers to join our team as associates.

This role begins with a paid assistant training period and may advance to associate status based on performance and fit.

Pay:
• Assistant training: $25/hr (approx. 40 hours total)
• Associate rate: $80/hr

Hours: No hourly minimums. Some assignments may be 1 hour, others up to 8 hours.

Service Area: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
• Proficient in English
• Must own professional photo/video equipment
• Strong flash skills
• Wedding photography/videography experience required
• Excellent customer service and professionalism
• Punctual and reliable
• Extensive portfolio required (mandatory)
• Shooting style must align with ours
• No editing required — shooting only

How It Works
• You will start as an assistant at $25/hr for training
• After training, if you’re a strong fit, you’ll move to associate shooter at $80/hr
• If not, you may continue assisting or part ways amicably
