Laser Job Position

Responsibilities:
Guide setup and workflow for laser engraving production

Operate and fine-tune lasers for metal, stone, wood, glass, acrylic, and coated materials

Create and optimize engraving settings and material profiles

Work with Lightburn software (file prep, testing, optimization)

Advise on best practices, materials, speeds, power, and safety

Train staff on machine operation and quality standards

Troubleshoot engraving issues and improve results

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with laser engraving (CO₂ and/or fiber)

Strong knowledge of LightBurn

Experience engraving metal, stone, wood, and glass

Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

Experience in trophy, awards, sign, or engraving shops preferred

Comfortable teaching and guiding a team
