Recording Engineer Needed.Cubase Expert on Mac Weekly Ongoing Work Riv

I am looking for an experienced recording and mixing engineer who is already fluent in Cubase on Mac to work in my home studio in Riverdale on an ongoing weekly basis. This is not a remote position.
Phase One: System Setup.
I recently switched from Windows to Mac. Initial responsibilities include downloading and installing Mac versions of all plug ins, activating licenses through iLok and Steinberg eLicenser, verifying that everything runs correctly
inside Cubase, and creating Cubase project templates and presets including routing buses instruments and effects.
Important: You must already know Cubase well. I am not looking to pay someone hourly to learn Cubase.
Phase Two: Ongoing Editing and Mixing
After setup is complete the work will focus on editing and mixing pop music, workflow optimization inside Cubase,
and ongoing creative collaboration. You should genuinely enjoy pop music and be comfortable working in that genre.

Commitment and Pay:
Weekly ongoing work with a minimum weekly guarantee of $600. Additional hours are paid hourly.
Schedule is flexible with a strong but evening or nighttime preferred.
Requirements:
Strong hands on experience with Cubase is non negotiable. Must be comfortable working on macOS. Experience with iLok and Steinberg eLicenser is required. You should be efficient organized professional and comfortable
working in a home studio environment.
Location
Riverdale Bronx. On site only.
