Job Description

My landlord is very aware that all my personal documents required for moving abroad have been submitted to a foreign government and are being sent back to me at the address she controls.

She engineered a phone confrontation the day I was leaving town and there was a 30 day notice to quit on the door.

The "confrontation" was that a man was supposedly measuring my lot for his February move in date and heard me yelling at my printer so he told her I had screamed at him. (I was having a terrible time printing government documents in the only paper I had, 80# watercolor artist's paper) I told her what he had heard and that I had never seen or "yelled at" this man, a few people could tell her what I was wearing but I guarantee that man was not among them.

She has known for many months that I am leaving the country, and part of why I chose this location was having a secure place to receive what is essentially a packet with everything required to steal my identity in it.

I have not ever given notice, and my rent has always been paid on time. She receives all rent in cash but I have at least one photo acknowledgement of her receiving my rent on time. She does not say I am not paying rent or in any way creating problems.

I am selling an attorney to halt whatever her plan is, as well as assist me in filing complaints with whatever the applicable licensing agency is, as well as potentially reporting her to the IRS for tax fraud because the malfeasance with which she has executed this entire plan as I was leaving town, so I got back to an eviction notice with my documents already in play on a 2-3 month long process is DIABOLICAL and I now consider her capable of anything.
